On 30 April 2014, the Swiss Development Cooperation (SDC) office in Maputo receives a formal request from the Ministry of Health (MISAU) in Mozambique for P4H support to the process of developing a Health Financing Strategy.
The request has been shared with Daniel Kertesz (WHO) and Saul Walker (DFID) who are co-leading the HF task force on the partner side, and the P4H Coordination Desk.
The next steps involve the sourcing of funds (SDC/GIZ) and ‘informing & involving’ the other P4H members that are or have voiced an interest in jointly supporting this process in Mozambique.
