To improve coordination and synergy between different partners and optimize interventions at operational level, the RSS Platform was created by Service Note No. 03607/MSAS DGS of March 29, 2016, which was amended by Note No. 09263 MSAS/DGS of August 01, 2016. The purpose of this report is to take stock of the Platform’s first year of operation, highlighting the activities carried out, the main challenges and lessons learned, and to make recommendations for improving the functionality of the HSS Platform and its thematic commissions.
