The second SNFS-CU editorial workshop was held from August 31 to September 3, 2015. It was attended by around ten people, technicians from the Ministry of Health, ST AMU, MEF (DGB) and PTFs (DUE, World Bank and WHO). Within this framework, the issues identified in the first workshop (#40) were discussed in depth. At the end of the work, each member of the Editorial Committee was asked to draw up a few summary notes, which will help to place the various debates in the right place, at the right time, and in the right terms.
