Despite the convincing results achieved since 2012, the sector is experiencing a number of difficulties, particularly on the legal front, where the Loi d’orientation de la protection sociale (Social Protection Orientation Law) is still being finalized. Added to this is the question of financing, which remains a hindrance to the sector.
