In this first week of October 2018, a final version of the SNFS was handed over to its hierarchy by the Editorial Committee. We are sharing this document, the operationalization plan, WHO comments on both, a summary of the Committee’s work and the ToR for the validation workshop scheduled for October 9.
One of the main points to emerge from the comments is that the process still merits open and wide-ranging debate on the relevance of setting up a purchasing fund, and on whether or not to make financial motivation of staff a national strategy.
