To inform the development of the M&E tool for the National Social Protection Policy Framework, a special meeting was held on August 31st by P4HC+, attended by representatives of HP+, GIZ, WHO, USAID and agencies making up the pooled funding arrangement H-EQIP (Health Equity and Quality Improvement Program). Under H-EQIP, the Ministry of Health together with selected development partners is rolling out a nationwide quality enhancement program at all public health facilities with quarterly assessments and external verification, enabling availability of valid and reliable nationwide data on regular basis. Of note, the initiation of the quality enhancement program was one of the Cambodian Rapid Results Initiatives during the P4H Leadership Program for SE Asia.
