The selection process used :
– exchanges with TFPs, in particular with the WHO and World Bank offices
– existing networks
– proposals from other participants by those selected, as and when they are selected
A physical interview, lasting a minimum of 45 minutes, was held with each of them to explain the program and obtain their support.
