In support of the CSU Ad-hoc Committee set up to prepare the implementation of the national CSU strategy adopted in December 2015, a mission of 4 P4H consultants financed by GIZ and AFD worked on gathering information on the services to be covered, institutional, financial and legal dimensions of the DAS.
