Timor-Leste prioritizes human capital development in the 2022 fiscal year

Timor-Leste approves the fiscal year 2022 budget of $1,675 billion and now waits for the Parliament’s approval on October 15, 2021.

The budget will be allocated to 43 programs in the Perimeter of 2022 State budget with six national priorities: Human Capital Development (Education, professional training, and Health), Housing and Social Inclusion, productive sector (Agriculture and Tourism), environmental and connectivity, development of the private sector and cooperative, rural development and good governance.
