This jewel will enable the Nigerien healthcare system to make “a very significant advance”, notably in terms of health indicators. The National Cancer Center was inaugurated on March 26 by the President of the Republic. In figures, 4,223,330,260 CFA francs were mobilized to build this infrastructure, which aims to further reduce the cost of medical evacuations.
