On September 25, 2017 a government Cabinet meeting will make a first reading of the RAMU launch dossier before it is transmitted to the Council of Ministers. The main Ministers concerned (in particular those in charge of Health, Finance and Social Protection), gathered around the Prime Minister, will listen to the Technical Secretary for Health Insurance, who will demonstrate the appropriateness and conditions of this launch, including the creation of the Health Insurance Fund before the end of the year. This session will capitalize in particular on the actuarial study conducted from May to July, which had been requested by the previous Cabinet meeting on the RAMU, and which was the subject of a workshop in Bobo at the end of July (see platform).
