The cabinet paper for the SNHI legislation currently being finalized together with the Attorney General with aim to submit it to cabinet mid/end August (before cabinet is dissolved in October). The MOHSW HF unit is going to report during the next regular TWG meeting (August) what the approval modalities for the HFS are going to be (approved automatically as submitted in Annex to the SNHI legislation cabinet paper? Or separately? ).
P4H partners asked how/ what they could support in the transition phase while the cabinet paper is being worked on or while it is in the approval process – MOHSW HF team will get back to the TWG on this (P4H partners suggested support work on the legislative set-up/ formulation of the SNHI as well as the support to CHF scale-up in the interim).
