The World Health Organization’s Pan American Health Organization (WHO/PAHO) has announced a vacancy for the position of Advisor, Health Financing Policy (Grade P4). This full-time role, based in Washington, D.C., falls under the Department of Primary Health Care and Integrated Services Delivery. The selected candidate will contribute to strengthening health systems by advising on health financing policies and promoting Universal Health Coverage and Universal Access to Health. Essential qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in economics, a master’s degree in public health, and at least nine years of relevant national and international experience in health economics and financing. Strong technical expertise and language proficiency in English or Spanish are required.
