Kindly find attached a preliminary agenda for the second workshop of our Leadership for UHC Program, 11-14 November close to Nairobi, Kenya. If you have not attended the previous workshop, please kindly note that there will be an induction session in the afternoon on 10 November.
This workshop will be dedicated to preparing the team project – the “collective action initiative” – to be undertaken between workshops 2 and 3. In preparation for the workshop, we would like to encourage everyone to start thinking about what this initiative could be, what the results of the initiative could look like, and who the important stakeholders for it are. We encourage teams who have already started on a stakeholder analysis during the previous workshop to revisit the analysis and bring it to the second workshop.
