Work begins on Chad’s first national health accounts
In line with the P4H joint support plan, WHO starts providing technical support (scheduled to run from 1st September 2012 to 30 April 2013) to the Ministry of Health to establish the first national health accounts (NHA) in Chad. The NHA will allow for a better understanding of the health financing situation in the country and will contribute to the development of a national health financing strategy for universal coverage.
