Ainur Aiypkhanova

Ainur Aiypkhanova is a public health expert and health policymaker. She earned her bachelor’s in public health, master’s in health administration and Doctor of Public Health degrees from Indiana University, USA. Her 14 years of work experience in health care include national level leadership positions as the General Director of a health policy think tank of MoH (RCHD) and Director of MoH department of strategy and development. Her expertise includes quality improvement and patient safety, health policy and research, strategic planning, health system governance and health financing.
