In collaboration with the Ministry of Health (MOH), the Council of Governors, the National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF), and county governments, the SP4PHC team in Kenya is pursuing a program of work that combines strategies at the national and county levels to improve how public funds are used to pay for PHC services.<br \/>\nThe team undertook a rapid situation analysis to understand county-level purchasing practices to inform the development of project activities.
