It estimates the percentage of Jordan\u2019s population that is not insured and thus does not access as many services as those insured by the Civil Insurance Programme (4.9%).<br \/>\nAchieving universal health coverage is a strategic goal for the Government of Jordan. Expanding coverage might require additional resources for the Ministry of Finance to maintain and improve service capacity and quality.
