\nDevelop a national human capital development strategy(HCD) and investment plan 2021-2025, with a focus on women and youth and taking into account :
\no The President of Faso’s DCH vision
\no National and sectoral strategic plans already in existence or under development(RND)
\no ECOWAS regional HCD strategy
\noChallenges related to the current economic situation
\nStudy the feasibility of setting up an innovation center to promote new approaches to DCH challenges, with the mission of :
\no Contribute to the development of information systems and tools to better analyze quantitative and qualitative data and information in order to inform decision-making and assess impacts.
\no Identify, test and help scale up innovative initiatives implemented locally or in other countries
