In addition to these schemes, we also offer free and\/or subsidized healthcare for vulnerable groups.  <\/p>\n<p>Initiated in 2009, RAMED is one of the Malian government&#8217;s solutions to the problem of exclusion of a segment of the population from access to health care and services.
