A reform of the healthcare financing system can be achieved on the basis of the stated political will to set up Universal Health Coverage and, more specifically, to introduce the AMG, provided that the State takes back control of a public healthcare system (regulation), significantly increases its funding, and that the AMG is gradually phased in to ensure the sustainability of the institutional set-up.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
