Findings showed that health insurance had a positive impact on health, public health services, and health service utilization among the mobile population. The enrollment in local health insurance (OR\u2009=\u20091.088, 95% CI\u2009=\u20091.043\u20131.134) and enrollment in Basic Medical Insurance for Urban Employees (OR\u2009=\u20091.178, 95% CI\u2009=\u20091.090\u20131.273) were more likely to be associated with higher levels of health and a greater likelihood of receiving health service utilization.<\/p>\n
The article suggested that the improvement of health insurance coverage for the mobile population should focus on improving the accessibility of health services, increasing the level of health insurance coverage, mitigating differences in treatment between the different insurance systems, and simplifying the process of transferring the health insurance relationships.<\/p>\n
