Key recommendations: <\/p>\n

  1. Strengthen efforts to link different levels of dialogue within the TFP coordination platform. This means continuing the good practices already underway, but also ensuring that partners identify the internal resources needed to participate effectively in sectoral dialogue on both technical and strategic issues.<\/li>\n
  2. Strengthen the coordination group’s management methods. This includes the creation of exchange spaces through the identification of technical experts ready to align themselves and commit to the strategic objectives of the coordination platform. This also implies being able to mobilize and exploit standardized practices and tools (e.g. meeting presentation format, work plans, coordination platform monitoring-evaluation tools) with a view to harmonizing coordination operations.<\/li>\n
  3. Ensure smooth relations with key MSP\/P\/AS departments, in particular the DEP, which is the linchpin. It is necessary to identify the support methods needed to further strengthen relations with partners and ensure the functionality of the permanent secretariat and its links with the TFP coordination platform.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
