The annual report on the CSS was presented by the Social Security Department (DSS), which is coordinating the drafting of the report and the evaluation of the system in conjunction with the relevant departments (Drees), the National Health Insurance Fund (CNAM) and the Mutualit\u00e9 sociale agricole (MSA).<\/p>\n The opinion was drawn up by a working group comprising members of each college, which met twice. It was chaired by Dr Bernard Moriau, M\u00e9decins du Monde. A workshop on the care pathway was also organized with members of the 5th college, with the support of KPMG. This opinion is the fruit of the work of the working group, but also of observations from this workshop and additional contributions sent in by certain members of the CNLE.
