Add a paragraph to introduce the Document&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.21.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>This Federal Law regulates relations arising from ensuring health protection of citizens in the Russian Federation and determines:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1) legal, organizational and economic foundations for protecting the health of citizens;<\/li>\n<li>2) the rights and obligations of individuals and citizens, individual groups of people, and guarantees for the implementation of these rights;<\/li>\n<li>3) the powers and responsibilities of state authorities of the Russian Federation, state authorities of constituent entities and local government bodies related to health protection;<\/li>\n<li>4) the rights and obligations of healthcare and other organizations and individual entrepreneurs when carrying out activities related to health protection;<\/li>\n<li>5) the rights and obligations of health workers and pharmaceutical workers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The law has 14 chapters and 101 articles. Chapter 10 focuses on the state-guaranteed free provision of medical care to citizens.
