Surveying heads of households from July to August 2020, the study used a contingent valuation method to determine WTP. Results showed over 90% of respondents (677 out of 718) were willing to join and pay, with 58.8% accepting the initial bid of US$20.78. The average WTP was US$23.27, with a maximum of US$26.01. Key factors influencing WTP included gender, education, and income, with higher income reducing WTP.
