This decree lays down the conditions and procedures for enrolment, affiliation and registration under the universal health insurance (AMU) medical assistance scheme (RAM), in accordance with articles 16, 20 and 45 of law no. 2021-022 of October 18, 2021<\/a> instituting universal health insurance in the Togolese Republic<\/a>.<\/p>\n
