This decree sets out the powers, organization and operation of the appeals committee of the universal health insurance management body. Claims lodged against decisions taken by the universal health insurance management body, with the exception of medical disputes, must be the subject of an informal appeal to the informal appeals committee, before being submitted to the competent courts. <\/p>\n
