This decree sets out the terms and procedures for concluding, suspending and terminating agreements between management organizations and health care and service providers. Only guaranteed services provided by a public or private health care provider that has signed an agreement with the management organization are covered by universal health insurance, unless prior authorization has been obtained for care provided in facilities that have not signed an agreement. <\/p>\n
