Through a systematic review of 128 studies and QCA methodology, the authors identify patterns and interdependencies between system arrangements\u2014such as revenue raising, pooling, and purchasing\u2014and their effects on catastrophic health expenditures. The findings reveal that a combination of multiple system attributes is required for positive impact, while the presence of even one attribute can mitigate negative outcomes.<\/p>\n
