But there is a lack of transparency about how the various GFHIs work.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>GFHIs task individuals to \u201cco-create\u201d healthcare value by their decision-making in the market, but the lack of transparency makes this impossible. Instead, all the decision-making is in the hands of private market healthcare providers.
