{"id":987524024,"date":"2023-03-02T11:07:05","date_gmt":"2023-03-02T10:07:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/p4h.world\/?post_type=news&#038;p=987524024"},"modified":"2023-03-02T11:07:05","modified_gmt":"2023-03-02T10:07:05","slug":"health-reform-stakeholder-forum-vp-launch-of-joint-support-plan","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/p4h.world\/en\/news\/health-reform-stakeholder-forum-vp-launch-of-joint-support-plan\/","title":{"rendered":"Health Reform Stakeholder Forum &#8211; VP Launch of Joint Support Plan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Malawian <strong>Vice President Dr Saulos Chilima<\/strong>\u00a0officially opened a <strong>Health Reform Stakeholder Forum<\/strong> on 15 Dec 2015 jointly organized by the Ministry of Health, P4H CD and Network members, in which he expressed &#8216;an overflow of political will&#8217; to Malawi&#8217;s UHC agenda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/2015_12_15_Malawi_UHC_Forum.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-8307 aligncenter\" alt=\"2015_12_15_Malawi_UHC_Forum\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/2015_12_15_Malawi_UHC_Forum-1024x682.jpg\" width=\"717\" height=\"477\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>Participants<\/strong> included the VP, representatives from various ministries (MoH, MoF, MoJ,&#8230;), the Parliamentary Committee on Health, Central Hospitals, Christian Health Association of Malawi, District Health Officers, CSOs, as well as development partners (WHO\/WR, World Bank, ILO, GIZ, USAID, Abt.
