{"id":987524046,"date":"2023-03-02T11:07:46","date_gmt":"2023-03-02T10:07:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/p4h.world\/?post_type=news&#038;p=987524046"},"modified":"2023-03-02T11:07:46","modified_gmt":"2023-03-02T10:07:46","slug":"connecting-the-hfs-and-shi-support-processes","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/p4h.world\/en\/news\/connecting-the-hfs-and-shi-support-processes\/","title":{"rendered":"Connecting the HFS and SHI support processes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"border: 0px;margin: 0.5em 0px 0px;padding: 0px;vertical-align: baseline;font-size: 14px;line-height: 1.4em\">Following an update on the SHI process from ILO during last week\u2019s P4H TCG meeting in Bangkok (see attached ppt), the CD starts an <a href=\"\/forums\/topic\/connecting-hfs-and-shi-support-process\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">email exchange<\/a> with involved P4H members on how to bring the support process to the Health Financing Strategy and the establishment of a national Social Health Insurance scheme together.<\/p>\n<p style=\"border: 0px;margin: 0.5em 0px 0px;padding: 0px;vertical-align: baseline;font-size: 14px;line-height: 1.4em\">From a networking [for UHC\/SHP] perspective there is a good opportunity to link up the support streams to the HF Strategy (WHO, CHAI, WB) and the SHI development process (ILO, SIDA, DFID, Unicef, Irish?\u2026), to enhance info exchange and facilitate coordination across agencies and levels.
