Regional follow-up meeting<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge exchange and experience sharing between Mongolia, Vietnam &amp; Philippines<\/li>\n<li>Envisaged date: Nov\/Dec, around the revision of the Citizen Health Insurance Law<\/li>\n<li>Organisational support could be provided through WHO-WPRO<\/li>\n<li>Exploration of potential funding from P4H network<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>b. Research for UHC &amp; Capacity Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Research on sustainably expanding coverage to the informal sector (utilization survey, benefit incidence analysis)<\/li>\n<li>Research on SIGOs role as a single-payor<\/li>\n<li>Capacity development measures in the area of actuarial analysis (potential costing study financed e.g. through P4H network members)<\/li>\n<li>Deployment of a senior expert at SIGO to support organisational development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>c. Analysis of the Mongolian social protection system<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Potential action on determining the efficiency, equity and redistributive effects of certain pillars of the Mongolian social protection systems<\/li>\n<li>Potential \u201ccost-benefit-analysis\u201d determining the comparative effectiveness of social policy objectives (e.g. child grants compared to (tax-funded) social health insurance)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>d.
