Questionnaires were sent to 159 countries and 105 responses were received (66% response rate). <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span lang=\"EN-US\">80%of the 105 responding countries had established packages of essential health services prior to the pandemic and 66% of these countries had already identified a core set of services to be maintained during the COVID-19 pandemic. <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>In general, disruptions of essential health services were reported by nearly all countries, and more so in lower-income than higher-income countries\u2026<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Nous ne savons pas si Ha\u00efti a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 ses travaux.<\/p>\n<p>Ha\u00efti a d\u00e9fini son Paquet essentiel de services (PES) en 2016 mais ce travail est inachev\u00e9 car il ne traite pas de la dimension financi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>A notre connaissance, Ha\u00efti s&#8217;int\u00e9resse \u00e0 la probl\u00e9mataque du maintien des Services de sant\u00e9 essentiels (SSE)\u00a0 mais n\u2019a pas (encore) proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 une priorisation organis\u00e9e et explicite depuis le d\u00e9but de la crise COVID. Ce genre d&#8217;exercice serait utile pour un syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 sous fortes contraintes au-del\u00e0 de la crise C19.
