Purpose<\/strong>
\nThe purpose of the framework is to provide a structure for developing an integrated plan and budget.<\/p>\n

Methodology and type of data required<\/strong>
\nThe bottom-up approach is used and it is based on unit costs and quantities of activities. The tool costs activities and aggregates them to objective levels.<\/p>\n

Users\/Target audience<\/strong>
\nThe framework is intended for planners, program managers and financial analysts at any level, and it should help them to improve their planning and budgeting skills and their understanding of the relationship between the programmatic and financial elements.<\/p>\n
