The Framework comprises two linked processes. The first is a diagnostic exercise that assesses a country\u2019s status against the Domains of One Plan, One Budget, and One Report. The second involves the application of a Maturity Model \u2013 a five-level system that grades countries along a spectrum and facilitates the development of action plans to improve alignment.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ethiopia is one of the pilot countries for the Alignment Framework.
