The Minister of Health of Belarus Dmirtii Pinevich approved the Workplan for the Ministry of Health (MoH) for 2023. Recent developments include the creation of legal basis for new health financing<\/strong> mechanisms. The MoH continued transition to outcome-based health financing<\/strong>, planned within 2021-2025. Outcome-based reimbursement affected primary care and specialized outpatient care within per person budget norms, and inpatient care within diagnostic-related groups.
