This marks the fourth shipment of COVID-19 vaccine doses Sudan has received&nbsp; since March 2021<em>. <\/em>Previously, the country received over one million doses of AstraZeneca vaccines, 828,000 doses from the COVAX facility and over 218,000 doses from France. In addition, over 600,000 single dose Johnson &amp; Johnson (J&amp;J) COVID-19 vaccine donated by the united states through the COVAX facility. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Dr. Yosra Mohammed Osman, the undersecretary of the federal ministry of health said<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Our hope is that we reach 8 million of our population with the COVID vaccination by the end of the year as we continue our fight against COVID-19 with our partners.
