Over 30 participants from different Ministries included in the Inter-Ministerial Health Insurance group participated.<\/p>\n<p>ILO brought the expertise of two renowed specialists, Luis Bernardo S\u00e1enz and Jos\u00e9 Pacheco, who analysed advantages and disadvantages of different Health Insurance models. The Costa Rican model was extensely exposed, highlighting a 100% coverage of the population and 75 years of evolution.
