{"id":987653222,"date":"2021-09-16T03:17:29","date_gmt":"2021-09-16T02:17:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/p4h.world\/news\/mali-amo-canam-reassures-its-users\/"},"modified":"2024-07-26T16:25:29","modified_gmt":"2024-07-26T15:25:29","slug":"mali-amo-canam-reassures-its-users","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/p4h.world\/en\/news\/mali-amo-canam-reassures-its-users\/","title":{"rendered":"MALI\/AMO: CANAM reassures its users"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The Caisse Nationale d&#8217;Assurance Maladie (CANAM) reassures its users that the compulsory health insurance service (AMO) continues\u00a0throughout the country, despite the threat of suspension announced by the\u00a0Syndicat National des Pharmaciens du Mali (SYNAPHARM). <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Faced with this situation, the General Management of the French National Health Insurance Fund (CANAM) issued a press release stating that it &#8221;\u00a0has been working,\u00a0for several months, on the complete switchover to ACTIV PREMIUM\u00a0&#8220;.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>This new information system\u00a0ACTIV PREMIUM\u00a0aims, among other things, to dematerialize medical claims forms; optimize payment times for approved service providers; ensure traceability of transactions in the AMO information system; ensure control of AMO resources and expenditure; and dematerialize and secure authentication of AMO beneficiaries. With the old system, built around the ESQUIF software package, fraud was rife: identity fraud, document fraud, benefit fraud, improper invoice payment.
