Based on the principles of solidarity, non-profit and social movement, among others, the operational unit of the Union technique de la mutualit\u00e9 malienne de S\u00e9gou covers 9 first-level health centers, 1 second-level health center, a hospital and 9 private pharmacy dispensaries to date.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span><span>The Mutualit\u00e9, which is now up and running in S\u00e9gou (a town 240 km from the capital), aims to be a local, mutual aid, solidarity and provident service.
