The meeting was attended by members of the&nbsp; team, as well as technical and financial partners.<\/p>\n<p>From the presentation given by the study&#8217;s principal investigator, we can see that the SPARC project aims to generate evidence and strengthen strategic healthcare purchasing in sub-Saharan Africa, for better use of healthcare resources. At national level, it was carried out in three stages.
