These achievements can be summarized as follows:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>With regard to&nbsp;access to quality health services,  &nbsp;the head of Health indicated that, as part of the fight against malaria, medication had been administered to 3,474&nbsp;600 children from 3 to 11 months and 15&nbsp;518,910 children aged 12 to 59 months. There were also 7,&nbsp;,026&nbsp;,852 care services for children under 5.<\/p>\n<p>He went on to say that 2,&nbsp;,045&nbsp;,037 free family planning services had been provided. In this respect, 116.8 billion FCFA have been mobilized for the purchase of healthcare services under the free healthcare scheme.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, he addressed the issue of genital mutilation.
