That&#8217;s more than&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.afrique-sur7.fr\/373487-cote-divoireado-lheure-de-tenir-promesse-dune-pluie-de-milliards-face-a-fronde-sociale-a-sonne\">5 billion CFA francs<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.afrique-sur7.fr\/373487-cote-divoireado-lheure-de-tenir-promesse-dune-pluie-de-milliards-face-a-fronde-sociale-a-sonne\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&nbsp;<\/a>per year, which we expect the government to provide to complete our healthcare basket. Unfortunately, from 2020 to the present day, the State has not yet honored this debt.
