Alain). The following agenda included speeches on PADS, the financing channel for RSS funds:<\/p>\n<p>1. Presentation of Global Fund and GAVI HSS grants\/ Coordination with the World Bank and other partners<\/p>\n<p>2. PADS audit by the Global Fund and GAVI: Development of a joint PADS capacity-building plan<\/p>\n<p>3.
