Joint missions are a review and pre-programming of Alliance support, including technical support. WHO, Unicef and the World Bank are all members of the Alliance. C\u00f4te d&#8217;Ivoire is about to enter the so-called &#8220;accelerated transition&#8221; phase, and must therefore gradually take over the Alliance&#8217;s support from domestic funding.
