Each of these countries sent a high-level multi-sector team to the first module, held in Rabat in the second week of July 2019.<span><br \/>\n  <span><br \/>\n    <span>he Burkina team, whose composition can be found in a document linked to this post,&nbsp;seems to have benefited enormously from the training.<\/span><br \/>\n  <\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span>On an individual level, we&#8217;ve seen real upheavals, real introspection, as a result of the high-end leadership coaching provided by the program.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span>From a team point of view, the return on experience is all the more impressive given that the first module is focused on the individual, so that a coalition is not yet expected to emerge after just one week. In the case of Burkina Faso, it was found that :<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span><span><span><span>Many of the participants got to know<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>A great deal of emulation has been created around the CSU, which some people hadn&#8217;t dealt with as much as others until now.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Like the other teams, the Burkina team worked on today&#8217;s situation and tomorrow&#8217;s expectations in a much-appreciated &#8221;&nbsp;sculpture&nbsp;&#8221; (3D) exercise (see photo: CSU&#8217;s expected future situation).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Technical and historical knowledge of the subject was shared by the ST\/CSU of the Ministry of Health and the DG of the CNAMU in particular.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>We were also treated to a frank and honest sharing of the coalition experience and its troubled times by some of the heads of related departments.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li>The team met formally&nbsp;for the first time just one month&nbsp;after his return to the country (see other post).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span><span><span>All in all, the Burkina team was perfectly up to the task and fully committed to the program. We hope that the program will bring about a qualitative change in the key reforms underway in Burkina&#8230;.
