The aim is to develop a &#8220;guide&#8221;&#8230; The P4H &#8220;West Africa&#8221; focal point came as a representative of the WHO to provide technical support and critical analysis of a rather complicated and methodologically questionable project.<\/p>\n<p>During the meeting, a fruitful exchange took place with the &#8220;health financing&#8221; focal point of the Niger Ministry of Health&#8217;s Research and Planning Department.
