\n Forum “Investments in Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan” was held with the participation of Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerbolat Dosayev, Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Elzhan Birtanov. <\/span>
\n<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n


\n The partners of the Forum were the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Republican Center for Health Development<\/span>

This event was devoted to the issues of infrastructure development, search for models of cooperation between the state and private medicine, attraction of investments in healthcare and realization of public-private partnership projects. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Forum was attended by representatives of international financial organizations, potential investors, medical business, international and Kazakhstani experts in the field of investments in healthcare and PPP, representatives of key ministries and akimats of regions and cities of Astana and Almaty. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

There was an expert discussion of issues within 4 panel sessions: “The role of the private sector in improving the quality and accessibility of medical services”, “What types of projects are in line with the country’s goals and strategy?”, “Health infrastructure and health care delivery: planning, development and financing”, “Digitalization of health care and telemedicine”. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
